G’day Drew, 

I hope your all good and well, I thought I’d give you some feedback on how I’ve been working with the new fit.

I must say at first it did feel a little strange but after a few hundred kilometres I feel like I can give you some decent feedback on the adjustments.

I’ve been slowly working up the efforts and time on the bike just trying to take it steady and more of a building process, I’m starting to see some very positive signs and really starting to gel with the new position.

I know there’s no magic pill and there’s always going to be niggles while training. 

My problem area was overloading my VMO muscles and they subsequently fatigued and then cramped, I haven’t had that feeling since the fit and I have done some pretty decent efforts and been on the limit to really test them out, in fact I feel like I’m able to recover and repeat efforts a lot sooner.

I’m feeling a lot smoother in the pedal stroke I feel like I’m able to deliver power a lot more efficiently and most importantly for me I haven’t had that feeling of cramp creeping in.

Thanks again for your service and I’m really looking forward to seeing what future training and efforts bring, super happy to finally feel like I can give 100% on the bike and feel good afterwards.
