I done it in 49 mins. Done the same route Saturday with a slightly stronger headwind, done it in 50 mins. C.10% quicker time. There was still a bit of neck pain but significantly less than usual and my legs still felt fresh afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I set up my indoor bike with as close a configuration to my road bike as I could. Done a one hour hill climb and completed it feeling much fresher at the end. Creating space to use my legs fully has indeed transformed both of my bikes.
