Excellent communication when booking a bike fit. Discounted price when I booked fits for my wife and myself. Arrived at my house on time in a professional manner. Explained every process and why it is important. Had replacement stems available if a different size was required and at a good price.
Ensured the fit was comfortable with a test ride and ensured if any adjustments were required, would revisit when in my area at no extra charge.
Results were evident the next day. Did a 25 mile charity ride. Gained 3-4 mph average speed and an extra 12 rpm cadence.
If you are into cycling at any level, I highly recommend Drew. Worth every penny. Don’t just rely on bike shops to set you up as they just want to move product.
